You may login using your Medicat UserName and Password, or if you are a new user, please click the Register button.  Once logged in you will have access to online services such as:

• Obtain immunization records
• Complete health history forms

To Register: use your EZ Arts (begins with "96") number as the University ID and your UNCSA email. Students will select their own user name and need to enter their legal name. After you register, check your UNCSA email for further instructions. Incoming students should contact Admissions if they have not received their UNCSA email.
